Today is National BEYBLADE Day, also known as 3-2-1 Day, and the BEYBLADE brand is making sure to bring plenty of reveals and new releases to the celebration.

Last October, we covered Hasbro’s plans to launch the new BEYBLADE X line, with new features added to the iconic battling tops. Now, that release is fast approaching and that’s far from all that’s in store for BEYBLADE fans this year. With the global release of the newest animated series, upcoming products, and more, BEYBLADE is launching a bevy of new offerings for the brand’s 25th anniversary.

The BEYBLADE brand revealed the upcoming generation of toys. BEYBLADE X will have tops that are consistent in weight, feel, and performance across both Hasbro and Takara Tomy, with Hasbro releasing additional tops of its own as well. The new X line includes the X-Celerator Rail gear feature, enabling tops to speed into high gear when they engage the stadium rail. Each BEYBLADE X top can also be scanned for digital battles in the BEYBLADE X app.

The new line includes the BEYBLADE X Xtreme Battle Set, designed to be a starter set with two right-spinning tops and two launchers with ripcords. The set, as well as other BEYBLADE X products, will be released this summer at Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other major retailers. The BEYBLADE X Xtreme Battle Set is designed for kids ages 8 and up and retails for $49.99.

The new BEYBLADE X animated series is also preparing to launch into action, with its U.S. release coming this summer. The series follows young Blader Robin Kazami as he joins forces with two new teammates to battle their way to the top.

Other upcoming releases revealed in celebration of BEYBLADE Day include major updates to the world of BEYBLADE PARK on Roblox, tournaments across the U.S. and Canada, and more.
