Cepia Launches New Brands for Toy Fair

Cepia is launching two new puffy sticker brands at Toy Fair this year. 

Puffy Puffs and Pukey Puffs are reusable, puffy stickers that kids can use to create their own quirky characters with mix-and-match pieces. Each pack includes a vignette scene for kids to display their puffy creations in. 

“At Cepia, we love bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the toy aisle,” says James Russell Hornsby, CEO and Founder of Cepia. “Puffy Puffs and Pukey Puffs take the timeless fun of stickers and turn them into a fully interactive play experience. Kids aren’t just collecting—they’re building, mixing, and creating their own characters in a way that’s completely unique.”

Puffy Puffs features cute, food-themed stickers with characters including Flap Jack the pancake, Melly Jelly the jelly sandwish, and Scoopz the ice cream. Pukey Puffs, on the other hand, feature gross characters including Burpy Lou, Barfy Barry, and Mucus Max. Both Puffy Puffs and Pukey Puffs will be sold in 5-packs and 10-packs.

“The magic of Puffy Puffs and Pukey Puffs is that they offer endless ways to play,” says Josh Ganet, Cepia’s Chief Commercial Officer. “Unlike traditional stickers, these puffy designs can be peeled, swapped, and rebuilt again and again. With each pack featuring its own themed display scene, kids can bring their characters to life in a whole new way.”

Cepia is also expanding its Decora Girlz collection with new 11-inch dolls, new 5-inch collectibles, and the Decora Ponyz. There are three new 11-inch Decora Girlz dolls: Pixelz, Regina, and Heather, each of which come with decora-style fashion, removable stickers, and more. Cepia is also adding cybr.girl, a Decora-loving influencer with more than three million followers, to the collection with two rainbow hairstyles. Twelve new 5-inch Decora Girlz collectibles will be available, each with a unique Decora style.

The Decora Ponyz are 3.5-inch figures with fully rooted manes and tails that kids can style, removable stickers, moving wings, and poseable heads. There are six Decora Ponyz to collect with their own vibrant styles.

Ty to Bring Bounce to Toy Fair with Beanie Bouncers

Ty is bouncing into Toy Fair this weekend with Beanie Bouncers.

The new plush collectible combines the nostalgia of Beanie Babies with the classic bouncy ball. Attendees can interact with their new furry friends at Toy Fair. Beanie Bouncers launch as high as 50 feet in the air. They have the same plush comfort as Beanie Babies, plus names, personalities, and birth dates. Beanie Bouncers has the same big eyes as Beanie Boos. While the line debuted with a giraffe, octopus, koala, panda, cat, and dragon, the licensed collection includes characters from Marvel, DC, Transformers, Harry Potter, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Bluey, Stitch, and more.

Hasbro Unveils New ‘Andor,’ ‘Revenge of the Sith’ Action Figures

Hasbro is adding new action figures to its Star Wars: The Black Series and Star Wars: The Vintage Collection lineups with figures from Andor, Revenge of the Sith, and more.

With the launch of the Andor season 2 trailer this week, Hasbro is announcing two new Star Wars: The Black Series action figures of Cassian Andor and Orson Krennic. The Cassian Andor figure features the rebel in a Sienar Test Pilot uniform, while the Orson Krennic figure features his classic imperial uniform. Both of these figures will be available for preorder starting March 5 at 1 p.m. ET.

Hasbro is also celebrating the 20th anniversary of Revenge of the Sith with new Star Wars: The Black Series figures of Count Dooku, Kit Fisto, and R2-D2. All three figures come in nostalgic packaging featuring Darth Vader’s helmet surrounded by lava and flames. All three figures will be available for preorder exclusively through Walmart Collector Con starting March 13 at 10 a.m. before launching at other retailers on May the 4th! Fans can also add a new helmet to their collection with the Star Wars: The Black Series Clone Trooper 501st Legion Electronic Helmet. The helmet is inspired by the troopers’ appearance in Ahsoka. When they wear the helmet, they can press the button on the side to make their voice sound like a clone trooper. The helmet will be available this spring at select GameStop locations. 

There are also three Star Wars: The Vintage Collection figures that will be available for preorder, including an Imperial Armored Commando, Ponda Baba, and Momaw Nadon. Each figure is 3.75-inch scale and features accessories to for optimum displaying potential. There are also two Star Wars: The Black Series figures from The Mandalorian, including Moff Gideon in Dark Trooper Armor and the Imperial Praetorian Guard. All five of these figures will be available for preorder starting March 5 at 1 p.m. ET

Hasbro Announces a New Twist for ‘Peppa Pig’

Regarding the popular preschool series, Hasbro announces that Mummy Pig will be pregnant in Season 10 of Peppa Pig. Families can view the episode on Nickelodeon at 9 a.m. ET on March 31.

In this episode, families can watch Mummy and Daddy Pig share the news with Peppa and her brother, George. Consumers will see Peppa adjust to having a new sibling and discover if it’s a baby sister or brother in Season 11, which launches later this year. 

This exciting announcement will bring new challenges and surprises for the whole family. Throughout the episode and show, Peppa will show George how to be a good sibling while Mummy and Daddy learn how to evolve with a new addition to the family.

Mattel Joins Minecraft Movie Mania with Spring Toy Lineup 

A Minecraft Movie is set to release in theaters this April, accompanied by a variety of toys and merchandise.

Fans can look forward to a wide range of apparel, merchandise, and toys that will launch alongside the film. Mattel is getting in on the Minecraft toy action. Here are six Mattel toys that will be part of a spring release.

The Minecraft Core Figure Assortment, priced at $9.99, is designed for fans aged 6 and older. These figures feature highly specific details, allowing fans to feel as though they are part of the movie or video game. These figures’ poseability and included accessories will help fans recreate their favorite scenes or invent new ones.

ThinkFun Launches MESH-Accredited Game Line for Preschoolers

Mattel To Launch ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ Toy Line

The long-awaited follow-up to Jurassic World: Dominion will be roaring into theaters this summer, and it comes with some powerful toys.

Mattel is launching a complete line of toys inspired by Jurassic World: Rebirth this spring and fall, including playsets, costume pieces, games, vehicles, and more. The line features realistic designs from the film to bring it from the theater to families homes.

In the spring, kids and fans can expect the Jurassic World Rebirth Micro Adventures Playset ($19.99). Kids ages 4 and up will open up the dino head-shaped set to discover finger-activated features, three micro figures, and a film-inspired scene.

For kids looking to dress up like their favorite Jurassic creature, the Jurassic World Rebirth Rage ‘n Roar Tyrannosaurus Rex Mask ($39.99) will launch in the spring and includes light-up eye effects with three levels of aggression and a growling sound effect when the jaw opens. Also launching this spring, the Jurassic World Rebirth Spinosaurus Battle Claws Set ($19.99) features 10-inch claws that are designed with a soft plastic material to provide a realistic texture.

The Jurassic World Rebirth Primal Protector Aquilops ‘Dolores’ set ($29.99), coming this spring, reacts to being pet and comes ready to chow down on a licorice treat. In the fall, the Jurassic World Rebirth Launch ‘N Battle Vehicle Set ($34.99) will bring kids the ability to retell stories of the Velociraptor and Martin Krebs. The off-road vehicle launches either a DNA-sample collecting dart or a net projectile.

Gamers can look forward to fall launches of Kerplunk Jurassic World Rebirth ($16.99) and UNO Jurassic World Rebirth ($6.49). Both dino-inspired versions of classic games.

Younger kids can get in on the action with the Imaginext line designed for kids ages 3 and up. The Imaginext Jurassic World Rebirth Ultimate Action Chomp T. Rex ($99.99) will debut in the fall and stands 18 inches tall. It rumbles, roars, and can “swallow” 3-inch figures (one human and one dinosaur are included). Also out this fall, the Imaginext Jurassic World Rebirth Sprinting Spinosaurus Figure ($49.99) features a “real feel” spine. Preschoolers can press the trigger to cause it to lunge forward and chomp.

Hasbro Unveils G.I. Joe Cold Slither Figures

Hasbro is unveiling new action figures based on the Cobra rock band Cold Slither from G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero

Cold Slither is getting its big moment at Comic-Con International: San Diego (SDCC) this year with the G.I. Joe Classified Series No. 163, Dreadnoks Cold Slither: Band of Vipers Tour Commemorative Action Figure Set, which includes the band’s founding members: Zartan, Ripper, Buzzer, and Torch. This collectible will be available exclusively at SDCC before limited quantities arrive at hasbropulse.com after the show. 

Super7 is also launching a G.I. Joe Cold Slither Zartan ReAction+ Figure, a 3.75-inch action figure of Cold Slither’s lead singer which features UV color-changing plastic that turns his skin purple when it is exposed to sunlight. The figure will be available for preorder at super7.com starting April 3 at 12:15 p.m. ET. 

Hasbro is also teaming up with rock label Reigning Phoenix Music to launch a self-titled Cold Slither album featuring 10 tracks, including a modernization of the OG Cold Slither track from 1985. Cold Slither is also making an appearance in the upcoming Cold Slither: The Reunion comic from Skybound.

New assortments are designed by transforming everyday items, hobbies, interests, and favorite things into a cuddly companion. Assortments range from traditional, trendy, seasonal, mythical, and whimsical. We have Sports Pluzzles, Fantasy, SeaLife, Foodie, Fruits, Barnyard…etc. Our latest Pluzzles assortment was created based on feedback from a speed puzzling competition.

How did Candy Bears get their name, and what makes them special compared to other teddy bears?

Candy Bears has a special combination of ultra-soft spandex and bright colors with tonal accents. When the first series of Candy Bears was sampled, it looked as if a bag of gummy bears had burst open and scattered in our showroom with over 30+ colors of Candy Bears.

What role does sensory play and stress relief play in the design of Cutie Cubes?

JY

Cutie Cubes designs have different textures, like buttery soft “rabbit fur” fabric, a 3D cube shape, colors, and embroidered details, which can create a calming play experience. Cutie Cubes also come with a “Yoonique” pop-up hangtag that gives the name of the character and a mini bio.

People love mystery capsule/box toys, and the excitement comes from not knowing which style you will receive. We have taken the fluffy and soft Chubzeez, combined them with vibrant metallic colors. These will come with a clip that you can add to your bag, keychain, suitcase, or backpack.

We are excited to be launching a brand called “LaBabies” in late Spring 2025. Our core brands are getting a seasonal refresh, including our Candy Bears. They will be released in Halloween and Holiday assortments.
