CVS Pharmacy (CVS) is expanding its inventory with new toys, collectibles, nostalgic favorites, and seasonal exclusives, bringing more trending products to its stores and online shopping platform.
The expanded lineup includes Pokémon trading cards, Starbox Nook Nook Series 1 mystery boxes, and other character-driven surprise-and-reveal collectibles. The retailer is also adding sensory toys, including Squishy Potato, Plush Sugar Ball, Fried Chicken Squish, and Spinner Ball, as well as seasonal products such as Holiday Butter, Holiday Dumplings, and Snoopy Dumpling. Consumers can also find sets from The LEGO Group, MGA Entertainment’s Hyojo, and sensory toys from Schylling.
Exclusive offerings include Joyward Halloween Squishes, while additional products across beauty and seasonal categories feature licensed collaborations such as Beauty Creations x Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Lip Oils and Lip Serums and The Creme Shop x Peanuts Great Pumpkin Collection. The assortment also includes limited-edition snacks and other seasonal products, with additional holiday treats arriving in November.
“There’s something exciting about finding a product you weren’t expecting during an everyday shopping trip,” says Zach Dennett, Interim Chief Merchandising Officer, CVS Health. “By regularly introducing new and unexpected finds at their local CVS, we’re creating more moments of discovery and giving customers reasons to explore what’s new every time they shop with us.”
The expansion comes as adult interest in toys and collectibles continues to grow. According to Circana, toy spending among consumers ages 18 and up increased 12% year over year during the first quarter of 2025, reaching $1.8 billion and representing the largest spending segment among age groups. Additionally, 19% of adults surveyed reported recently purchasing Pokémon trading cards for themselves.
CVS plans to introduce frequent product refreshes, seasonal launches, and limited-time drops throughout the fall.
