This December, the Disney Holiday Magic tour returned to encourage families and fans around the world to celebrate the spirit of the season — with the help of a special friend.
In an effort to get back on Santa’s nice list, the lovable Stitch from Lilo & Stitch crashed Disney’s global giving tour, helping Disney VoluntEARS to spread cheer to more than 20 cities and regions around the world. The tour visited local schools, children’s hospitals, nonprofits, and Disney-owned network programs for a slate of new holiday activations, community events, and other magical moments featuring the character.

Among the many activations, standouts included VoluntEARS toy deliveries, exclusive movie screenings, Broadway cameos, Make-A-Wish events, and the donation opportunities for the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive, the company’s longstanding collaboration with Toys for Tots.
“The Disney Holiday Magic Tour is a powerful example of how the connection people have with Disney stories and characters helps bring joy and make a positive impact on kids and communities everywhere,” said Lisa Haines, Disney’s SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. “This initiative reflects our longstanding commitment to giving back and creating meaningful memories for families in need during the holidays.”
