One of the most buzzed-about products shown at Toy Fair in New York last fall is now a reality.
Playmates Toys‘ ZAG Heroez Miraculous line expands this summer with the towering, four-foot-tall Miraculous Ladybug Paris Heroez Playset. Designed as a focal point for kids’ imaginative adventures in Ladybug’s hometown of Paris, this feature-packed playset — modeled after the city’s most recognizable landmark — offers multiple floors and environments for play and display.
The foam core prototype at Toy Fair turned heads and the finished playset will be shown at London Toy Fair and Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg, Germany later this month.
This playset is a genuine representation of the beloved Miraculous universe. It’s more than just a playset, it embodies the essence of the show centered in Paris, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the adventures of Ladybug and Cat Noir! C'est magnifique!”
The three-floor playset serves as a hero headquarters for ZAG‘s Miraculous Parisian Heroez and features a ground-floor Parisian park, a second-floor restaurant and surprise balcony, a working elevator, a third-floor zipline, four pop-out shops, 40 accessories, and more. The set will hit retail in July with a $149.99 MSRP.
Additionally, Playmates Toys will showcase its full 2024 lineup of Miraculous Heroez products in London and Nuremberg, including the Miraculous Hero Switch Ladybug Fashion Doll and the introduction of Ubiquity and Cosmobug to its mainline fashion doll assortment.
The 10.5-inch Miraculous Hero Switch Ladybug Fashion Doll “miraculously” switches from one hero outfit to another at the push of a button. Ladybug features her signature blue hair and is packaged with a cat ear headband, and two different masks for each hero mode. The doll will hit retail in August with a $24.99 MSRP.
Paris will be top-of-mind for kids and families this summer as the 2024 Summer Olympics gets underway. At the heart of the event, the Champ-de-Mars — the park located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower — will become a temporary outdoor arena to host competitions that will be broadcast globally.
