PMI Kids’ World is writing a new chapter in its legacy.
Following a successful showing to trade partners over the past year, the company formally introduces Booksy, a patented and trademarked collectible toy line aimed at getting kids excited to read, play, and collect. Booksy features tiny books housed inside collectible figures — each thoughtfully designed to nurture literacy in a fun, new way.
The line launches this fall with PMI’s original IP, Monster Tales, and licensed versions featuring PAW Patrol and Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

PMI’s Monster Tales is the cornerstone of the brand with an full range of original characters, stories, and a special bookcase for young readers to place and display their growing mini book collections. PMI collaborated with family entertainment veteran Christian Tremblay to develop this story-focused line.
Retail Rollout
The international launch of Booksy begins next month with the debut of the Booksy Monster Tales Six Pack, featuring Monster Tales Dome Figures, and the Booksy Monster Tales Bookshelf Collector Set, including a Monster Tales Booksy figure and a Collector’s Bookshelf. Both sets, aimed at kids ages 3-8, will debut at Amazon in the U.S.
In November, the first licensed offerings, including Booksy One Pack PAW Patrol and Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Dome Figures will debut exclusively at 3,000 Walmart stores in the U.S. There are 12 characters for kids to collect, including Raphael and Michelangelo from Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Skye and Chase from PAW Patrol.
Outside of the U.S., Booksy is available in the UK (exclusively distributed by Character Options), France (exclusively distributed by Bandai France), the Middle East (exclusively distributed by iBrands), Canada (exclusively distributed by Red Planet), and more.
