Following a successful launch on Amazon in 2018, Unsolved Case Files has made its way into brick-and-mortar retail.
Created by John Carroll and Lou Wilson, the first case in the Unsolved Case Files series is now available at Walmart and Target via Goliath Games. In Unsolved Case Files: Harmony Ashcroft, players assume the role of amateur detectives takes with solving a murder that happened years ago. With only the original investigator’s case file, players must work together to crack the case and bring the killer to justice.
With families spending more time at home, games are seeing a sales boom while content such as true crime TV and podcasts are experiencing audience growth.
“We think this is the perfect time for Unsolved Case Files to be launched at mass retail,” says Goliath Director of Marketing Mary Higbe.
Unsolved Case Files was recently shown at Toy Fair New York. Additional case files will be offered down the road.
