Jada Toys is expanding its R/C collection. The company has partnered with Amazon MGM Studios to launch the R/C Thing, inspired by the character from the TV Series Wednesday.

The Thing R/C features gray stitching, and the control resembles the Nevermore Academy uniform. Kids can use the remote-control toggle to steer Thing forward, backward, left, and right, then recharge the toy using USB technology. The Thing R/C ($29.99) is designed for kids ages eight and up.

“The Thing R/C is the perfect addition to our innovative pop culture R/C collection,” Bill Simons, CEO of Jada Toys, says. “As we continue to grow and deliver unstoppable opportunities of imaginative play for Jada fans and collectors alike, we remain true to the Jada roots with meticulous attention to detail and mastery.”

The 1:1 Thing R/C is the first product launched under Jada’s new license with Amazon MGM, and it is currently available for presale at Amazon, Entertainment Earth, and Big Bad Toy Store, and is expected to ship in September. Additional Wednesday-inspired collectibles and toys will be revealed at a later date.
