These puzzle cubes are getting even more color!
Fun In Motion Toys is the creator of the Shashibo magnetic puzzle cube, a STEM-accredited toy that can be made into a number of different shapes as well as combined with additional cubes. The company has partnered with artist Jumbie for a series of Shashibo featuring the “Spectral Art” he is known for.
The Jumbie Artist Series includes four new styles of Shashibo: Fire Goddess, Cosmic Surfer, Disco Plaid, and The Chameleon. Like other Shashibo, each can transform into more than 70 different shapes and is designed for kids ages 8 and up. This new collection follows two new lines of Shashibo added by the company earlier this year: the Holographic Series and the Wild Series.
Working alongside the visionary artist, Jumbie, on this project has been an incredible journey. The Shashibo Jumbie Artist Series represents a perfect blend of artistry and interactive play, captivating users with dazzling colors and endless shapes.
Jumbie is an LA-based artist known for artwork that animates when exposed to color-changing lighting. Jumbie takes full advantage of his artistic medium, with technicolor art made from a palette of RGB light reactive pixels. This artistic aesthetic is now finding its way onto the Shashibo puzzle cube.
The Jumbie Artist Series of Shashibo is available now at toy stores, online retailers, and the Fun In Motion Toys website. The puzzle cubes continue to appeal as toys to kids and adults alike.
