It’s mergers and acquisitions season!
Kids2 Inc. has acquired the assets of Baby Dream Company Inc., collecting the Baby Dream Machine in the process and adding it to its Ingenuity brand portfolio.
Bart Lipski and Natalie Rebot designed the Baby Dream Machine for parents looking to help their kids fall asleep in a relaxing, natural environment. The product combines a night light, a relaxing red light, a sound machine with pink noise, a cool-mist humidifier, and an essential oil diffuser to easily put kids to sleep and alleviate any parental stresses.

Kids2 has been growing its portfolio through strategic acquisitions. The company previously acquired the assets of Summer Infant, Inc., absorbing the Summer Infant and SwaddleMe brands.
