Kids2 Names Kristin Crossman as Chief People Officer

After spending nearly a year as its interim human resources leader, Kristin Crossman has officially joined Kids2.

The Atlanta-based maker of kids’ products named Crossman as chief people officer. In her new role, Crossman is responsible for driving the cultivation of corporate culture across the global organization and leading team member strategy as the company scales globally.

“Kristin has proven to be an open and approachable leader who enjoys helping team members be the best version of themselves,” says Dave Calhoun, Kids2 president. “We found her HR expertise, candor, authenticity, and particularly, her focus on the team member experience to be a perfect fit for our needs. Luckily, she also found Kids2 to be a place she would like to stay versus just visit!”

Crossman joined Kids2 on an interim basis last July from Fiserv, where she served as vice president of human resources.
