Moose Toys Inks New Licensing Deals for Shopkins

shopkins_lifestyleMoose Toys is growing licensing partnerships for Shopkins. The brand now has more than 210 licensees and 18 agents globally focusing on gaming, content, licensing, and toys.

Highlights from 2016 include Shopkins licensed product sales more than $1 billion and Shopkins finishing as the No. 1 girls brand in nine categories in the U.S. including apparel (basics and sleep), bedding, party, kids’ stationery, accessories, seasonal, and home.

New partnerships for Shopkins include Skechers and Build-A-Bear, adding to the existing roster such as Crayola, Scholastic, and Thermos.

As entertainment becomes a bigger focus for the brand, a live theatre production from KOBA launches in September, and fans will be able to see Shopkins and Shoppies in theaters for the first time.

This fall, Shopkins fans can also dive deeper into the world of Happyville with the first-ever Happy Places licensed homewares and soft goods range to launch nationally in the U.S.

The Shopkins franchise is slated to expand into new categories worldwide though this year and 2018.
