PlayMonster continues to expand its executive ranks with the addition of Dianne Lauble as director, inventor relations.

In her new role, the Chicago-based Lauble will work to expand and grow PlayMonster’s relationships within the inventor community while focusing on the development of the next generation of inventors, creators, and designers that will propel the company’s product assortment into the future.

“Dianne has a true eye for innovation and design that encapsulates the entrepreneurial passion of the inventors we connect with,” says PlayMonster’s Chief Product Development Officer Gary Aigner. “Her tenure in the inventor community makes her an exciting partner as we grow our presence and innovation on an international scale.”

Lauble most recently worked with Mcdonald’s as a creative director for the company’s Happy Meal Toys. Over the course of her career, she has worked with nearly every major toy company, including Mattel, Hasbro, Spin Master, TOMY, and others to bring hundreds of toys to market.
