Radio Flyer Invites Families to Keep #PlayingAtHome

Chicago-based Radio Flyer is encouraging families to take advantage of their time at home to make memories through play.

The makers of the iconic little red wagon have launched a digital hub with inspiration and activities to keep families #PlayingAtHome. Content includes a question and answer game for grandparents and grandkids, coloring sheets, and “100 Ways to Use Your Wagon.”

The site also includes a prescription for play, creative DIY projects, a scavenger hunt, and a number of other thought starters to get the wheels of fun moving.

At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Radio Flyer donated an assortment of 1,000 wagons, tricycles, scooters, and other ride-on toys to Cradles to Crayons Chicago. The toys were distributed to kids from families in need in an effort to inspire hours of imaginative play and help keep kids active during the stay-at-home orders.
