Randy’s Donuts has appointed IMG Licensing as its exclusive global licensing agency as the iconic brand looks to expand into new product categories and markets worldwide.

Under the multi-year agreement, IMG Licensing will develop and manage a comprehensive licensing program for Randy’s Donuts spanning fashion and apparel, food and beverage, collectibles, immersive brand experiences, and additional lifestyle categories. The partnership marks the first time Randy’s Donuts has entered into a global licensing agreement with an agency.

Founded in 1952, Randy’s Donuts is a longtime Los Angeles landmark known for its oversized rooftop donut sign and frequent appearances across film, television, and music. As the brand approaches its 75th anniversary in 2027, it is accelerating its expansion strategy, highlighted by the recent opening of its first New York City location and planned new stores in Las Vegas and Santa Clara. International growth continues across markets, including Japan, Korea, Mexico, and the Middle East.

IMG Licensing will leverage the brand’s heritage, street-level aesthetic, and past collaborations with Guess, Crenshaw Skate Club, and TOMS to create culturally relevant licensed products and experiences designed to extend Randy’s Donuts’ global reach.
