Red Planet Group has extended its distribution partnership with Bonkers Toys, continuing its position as the exclusive distributor within Canada.
Bonkers Toys is known for the LankyBox and Aphmau brands, both inspired by YouTube creators of the same names. Aphmau is a female-led gaming channel with more than 10.8 million subscribers, featuring popular games such as Minecraft, Roblox, and more. LankyBox also focuses on video games, with hosts Justin and Adam as well as their original animated characters appearing in animations and game streams.
The popular YouTube channels have led to a number of different toys such as mystery boxes, fashion dolls, and more. With the renewed deal, Red Planet Group has bigger plans for 2024, hinting at a number of initiatives intended to further elevate the two brands.
Canadian consumers can already get their hands on a variety of LankyBox and Aphmau products through retailers across the country as well as on Amazon. Future initiatives from the partnership are yet to be revealed but Jason Mars, President at Red Planet Group, says the distributor is excited to “make sure the shelves stay stocked for Q4 and unveil our ambitious plans for 2024.”
