MGA Entertainment partners with Sloomoo Institute to bring its Slime Life brand to Los Angeles. From Nov. 19 to Dec. 21, guests can visit the Sloomoo Institute to experience a pop-up event inspired by Slime Life products.
“We love the idea of partnering with another slime brand and stretching the idea of a collaboration to new places — we both evoke playfulness and artistry in our own way, so bringing our brands together is authentic and full of synergy,” say Sloomoo co-founders Karen Robinovitz and Sara Schiller.
In the middle of Sloomoo’s DIY bar, guests experience The Slime Life Café. This station will provide Slime Life trays featuring a doughnut, pink icing, and a cup of sprinkles. With this, crafters can create realistic masterpieces, snap pictures of their creations, and stretch them on camera. The café also showcases a wide array of Slime Life foods and features a photo opportunity with a giant bowl of fruity cereal.
The event provides tactile fun with the FrooFroo’s Feels sensory wall, the Slimey Gallery, and the Sloomoo and Repeat Wall. At The DIY Bar, guests can create their dream slime with a variety of different textures, scents, colors, and charms. Fans can also engage by launching compounds with the Sloomoo Sling Shot or getting covered in slime at Sloomoo Falls.
“Slime continues to captivate fans around the world as one of the most satisfying and creative forms of play,” says Josh Hackbarth, Chief Marketing Officer at MGA Entertainment. “We wanted to capture that love of sensory satisfaction with Slime Life, and this collaboration with Sloomoo and their state-of-the-art slime institute truly lets visitors live their best slime life.”
