Now, Spin Master has found itself on Fast Company’s 2023 Best Workplace for Innovators list.
Fast Company is a media brand and magazine focused on business innovation, leaders, technology, and more. The publication puts out a yearly list of 100 companies with workplaces that are ideal for innovators. This year Spin Master has made the list, coming in at number 89. Fast Company cites Spin Master’s Women in Toys Empowerment Day, a day dedicated to giving women the opportunity to pitch ideas to a panel of experts, as a reason for its inclusion.

Spin Master can also boast a Great Place to Work certification following an independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. The certification is earned through the analysis of anonymous employee surveys, and indicates a positive working environment.
Spin Master continues to encourage innovation in the workplace, with a growing portfolio backing it. The company purchased First International’s HEXBUG brand as well as certain assets of 4D Brands International in Q1.
