TOMY International is expanding its team and licensed goods offerings. The company has brought on Jeff Jackson to serve as Executive Vice President of Fat Brain Toys and launched a limited-edition Club Mocchi-Mocchi- Giant Kirby plush.
Jackson will work with founders Mark and Karen Carson to expand Fat Brain’s reach. He has a long history in the toy industry and brings with him more than 25 years of experience across eCommerce, marketing, sales, and brand development. Prior to his role at Fat Brain Toys, Jackson held several leadership positions at Hasbro, including General Manager of Hasbro Canada. He also worked as Senior Vice President of Global Amazon and eCommerce, spearheading the commercial team’s digital efforts.
Jeff is a distinguished executive in the play and entertainment industry with a wealth of experiences ranging from eCommerce and channel strategy to general business management.
TOMY International has also launched the limited-edition Club Mocchi-Mocchi- Suya Suya Giant Kirby plush. Designed for kids ages 3 and up, the 35-inch plush weighs about 5 pounds and features Kirby in a “peacefully sleeping” Suya Suya style. The plush is available for preorder now at TOMY+ for $150, with plans to ship in August.
TOMY International has a large portfolio of brands, including Lamaze, The First Years, JJ Collections, and Boon. The company acquired Fat Brain Toys in 2020 and has supported the brand’s growth since.
