Products from Horizon Group USA are about to become much more accessible for independent toy stores and gift shops.

U.S. Toy inked a deal with Horizon to serve as the exclusive distributor for its arts, crafts, and STEM kits for the specialty market. Horizon creates a wide range of brands, including STMT, Story Magic, It’s So Me, SLIMYGLOOP, Mixy Squish, and The Young Scientists Club.

“When we were searching for the best exclusive specialty independent distributor partner, U.S. Toy stood out,” says Laura Pfeffer, vice president of licensing and specialty sales at Horizon Group USA. “It was the company that our retailers highly recommended.”

“Consulting with specialty retailers, Horizon and U.S. Toy have carefully curated a full line of activity kits for the specialty toy and gift market,” says Jeff Bunkowske, director of business development at U.S. Toy. “There are a limited number of items and quantities available for immediate shipping, however, the expanded line will be available in November.”

The addition of Horizon products to the U.S. Toy distribution portfolio means that specialty retailers can add these products to their orders to get free fright and extended date terms.
