VTech has a wide variety of electronic learning toys for kids, with everything from walkable dogs to musical toy phones. Now, the company is inviting kids to build their own stunt tracks out of leftover cardboard and other everyday items with the new Turbo Edge Riders line. Kids can build their initial course with the box the set comes in and continue to change and expand it using shipping boxes and other things they find around the house.
The introductory line includes three sets: the Raptor Racers Track Set, the Stunt Flight Track Set, and the Rally Track Set. Each comes with starter track pieces, a ruler, and a building guide. The sets are all compatible, so kids can combine all three to create a larger course.
The Raptor Racers Track Set features a dinosaur-filled jungle theme and includes more than 18 feet of starter track pieces, four stunts, and two motorized SUVs to run on the cardboard track. The Stunt Flight Track Set includes more than 16 feet of starter track pieces, three stunts, and a motorized helicopter. The Rally Track Set includes more than 9 feet of starter track pieces, two stunts, and a motorized rally car.
The new Turbo Edge Riders sets are available now exclusively on Amazon. The sets are designed for kids ages 6 and up and hope to encourage kids to creatively design their own stunt tracks.
