The “bite of ’87” has resulted in another line extension for Scott Cawthon’s Five Nights at Freddy’s (FNAF) brand.
Warren James collaborated with YouTuber Dawko to create a new line of plush toys inspired by four of the main characters from FNAF video game series. The news comes following last year’s collaboration on the Hex x FNAF Parts & Service comic series.
“We could not be more excited to bring the uniqueness and depth of the Five Nights at Freddy’s universe into the Hex world,” says Warren James CEO Kevin Ramsey. “The innovative plush play pattern will bring fans of both worlds countless ways to mix and match their favorite characters.”
The debut plush collection includes Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie the Bunny, Chica the Chicken, and Foxy the Pirate, each with mix-and-match pieces that kids and collectors can use to swap parts using internal magnetic connections. Designed for kids ages 6 and up, the Hex x FNAF collection is priced at $49.99 for individual characters or $199 for a set of four.
“I am so so excited to be doing this once-in-a-lifetime collab with the FNAF franchise,” Dawko says. “We have put a lot of time and thought into making these plushies come to life, and a massive thank you to Scott Cawthon for allowing this to even happen.”
The Hex x FNAF plush collection launches today at 9 a.m PST at the official Hex store.
