The popular Bananagrams game has gone digital.

Bananagrams Inc. and Asmodee Digital partnered for a Bananagrams mobile game that puts “the anagram game that drives you bananas!” in players’ pockets. Available for both iOS and Android, the game features single-player mode aganst AI, and a variety of multiplayer online modes for players to compete with up to three opponents — friends or other players from around the world.

“Classic Bananagrams is great for playing around a table, but giving players the added ability to play with friends and family across the country or around the world, while in totally different locations, offers the perfect scenario to connect people everywhere,” says Rena Nathanson, CEO, Bananagrams Inc. “We are thrilled to offer the adaption to Bananagrams  fans, both old and new.”

Like the classic tabletop game, Bananagrams digital challenges players to “go bananas” as they race to be the first to form a grid of words from the shared pool of letters using as many letters as possible.
