Crafthub recently tapped Mix Licensing Group to help expand its wooden puzzle line. Mix Licensing Group will build global partnerships with studios, sports leagues, and brand owners looking for a new approach to puzzles.

Crafthub found success with Harry Potter and Batman-inspired puzzles, based on licensed Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products intellectual properties. Crafthub plans to expand into brick-and-mortar retail stores globally this year.
“We quickly learned the impact of brand licensing when our Harry Potter puzzles caught fire during Black Friday this past year. We look forward to working with Mix Licensing Group to build meaningful partnerships that will solidify Crafthub as a leading licensee in the puzzle category,” says Patrick Monaco-Sorge, Crafthub Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer.
Crafthub will launch several licensed puzzles this year, including Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Smurfs, and Attack on Titan. The puzzle manufacturer aims to create puzzles featuring licenses across entertainment, sports, gaming, anime, and music.
“It’s exciting to see an emerging company build such organic success with a new take on a product that has been a staple in homes of families around the world for hundreds of years,” says Andi Scher, Managing Director of Mix Licensing Group. “Not only do wooden puzzles scratch an itch for modern families looking for more sustainable options, but there’s something special about getting fans to engage with a brand off-screen for hours on end. The licensing possibilities are endless.”
