Kids Preferred has joined forces with Universal Products & Experiences to launch the Welcome to the Universe Baby! collection, a lineup of infant and toddler toys featuring some of Universal’s most iconic brands.
Welcome to the Universe Baby! features an expansion of Kids Preferred’s Curious George collection along with new toys inspired by DreamWorks movies like Shrek, How to Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, and Madagascar and live-action movies like Back to the Future and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.
Products will include classic plush toys, interactive plush toys that make sounds and move around, jack-in-the-boxes, preschool-based learning toys, playsets, and infant toys like blankets, teethers, and pacifiers.
“Delight the child and captivate the grown-ups has always been our goal,” says Larry Presser, President and Chief Revenue Officer for Kids Preferred. “With our Welcome to the Universe Baby! line of six product categories, parents and grandparents will be able to introduce the next generation of family and friends to their favorite NBCUniversal characters and brands.”
The collection will be released in the second half of this year.
