Educational Insights introduced two new products to its brainteaser and brain game lines at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024. BrainBolt Boost and Kanoodle Ultimate Champion will launch this spring.

Kanoodle and BrainBolt have become popular among children, adults, and even senior citizens as part of the company’s mission to create “eldertainment” products, which emphasize the importance of fun, captivating mental exercise for all ages.

Kanoodle Ultimate Champion, an addition to the Kanoodle puzzle game line, includes an integrated timer with sound effects and 500 new, champion-level 3D and 2D puzzles. The electronic game is designed to enhance the puzzle experience for players and fans active in the TikTok Kanoodle community. The game will be available for $21.99.

“Some people say that TikTok made them buy it, we say that TikTok made us make it. Once we saw the Kanoodle community come in waves of support for our products, a main objective was to keep fans not only excited about the future of Kanoodle, but unified,” says Lisa Guili, General Manager of Educational Insights. “The new timer feature we are introducing with Kanoodle Ultimate Champion will allow players to continue fostering connections by sharing best records and personal goals on the puzzles they solve.”

BrainBolt Boost is a beginner-level game, designed with fewer light-up tiles than BrainBolt and BrainBolt Genius. The memory game has 10 light-up tiles, easy-to-hold handles, bigger buttons, and three skill-building games: Memory Boost (with Marathon Mode), Classic, and Sound Duos. Created for kids, seniors, and everyone in between, it introduces a lower-intensity gameplay to the line. The game will be available for $19.99.

“As we see more and more adults and senior citizens gravitate to BrainBolt, it’s only right that we create a more adult-friendly version of the game while still making it accessible for kids,” says Lee Parkhurst, Senior Marketing Manager of Educational Insights. “The new BrainBolt Boost intentionally offers larger buttons and simpler gameplay so that hands of any size can grasp the console and enjoy all the brainteasers this version has to offer.”

Kanoodle Ultimate Champion and BrainBolt Boost will be on display at the Pepcom Digital Experience media event during CES. Both games will be available for purchase on Amazon and educationalinsights.com this spring.
