Licensing Expo kicked off just yesterday, and already a number of industry bigs are highlighting their strongest offerings at the trade show. Epic Story Media is no exception, bringing with it a showcase of entertainment properties, and adding new brands to its portfolio with the signing of three new partners.
Epic Story Media will be acting as the licensing and merchandising agent for Studio 100 as well as Cheeky Little’s preschool property Vegesaurs, an animated series that follows Ginger the Tricarrotops as she explores Vegesaur Valley. The company has also entered into a partnership to act as licensing agent for the YouTube music artist Gummibär, which includes an engagement with sister company Freeground for a Roblox game experience.
Finally, Epic Story Media has secured representation rights for the global content and L&M rights (excluding the Middle East, North Africa, and China) to Bidaya Media’s The Adventures of Mansour: Age of AI. The original Mansour is a sci-fi cartoon from the Middle East that is returning with this all-new series.
Epic Story Media is also giving show attendees an update on upcoming launches regarding existing partnerships and properties, such as Outfit7’s Talking Tom & Friends gaming experience, as well as WildBrain’s Slugterra and Epic’s Hailey and the Hero Hearts’ new toy lines, among others.
“We are beyond excited to see our expansive lineup of projects from visionary creators hit the market,” says Epic Story Media’s founder Ken Faier. “Our 360 approach and partnership model have enabled us to succeed in this challenging landscape.”
The Toy Book and sister publication The Pop Insider are also in attendance at Licensing Expo this year. Come by Booth No. N249 to meet the team and grab a 2023 Licensing & Entertainment Issue of The Toy Book and our spring issue of The Pop Insider.
