The LEGO Group has officially achieved another year on the top of the Global RepTrak’s report which ranks the 100 Most Reputable Companies. In the 2023 report, LEGO beat out other large corporations such as The Bosch Group and Rolls-Royce.

This isn’t LEGO’s first time at the top ranking for RepTrak. The company also took the top spot in 2020 as well as 2021. It had a drop in 2022 to third on the list, but is now back to number one. RepTrak as an organization aims to find the most reputable companies globally. Its ranking system measures metrics such as Innovation, Workplace, Trust, and more to produce an overall Reputation Score. LEGO’s final score is a 76.8, putting it in the Strong score category, the second-highest tier in RepTrak’s system.

This means not only innovating LEGO play but also constantly striving to have a positive impact on environment and society.”

Other toy and game industry bigs that made the top 100 include Nintendo at number 9, The Walt Disney Company at 37, and Mattel at 61. According to the RepTrak report, LEGO received the top spot due to its “well-rounded approach to supporting the world of play, combined with a dedicated focus to ethical practices.”
