Mattel selected the CPGToolBox Trade Planner and Contract Planner to transform the way the company plans, manages, and analyzes trade contracts and trade promotions with retail partners around the world.
In addition to providing Mattel with real-time visibility surrounding contract rebates, the CPGToolBox TPM platform manages the promotional calendar for each of its retailing partners. The cloud-based platform Salesforce will also help Mattel drive more effective forecasting, manage contract funds more efficiently, and analyze trade spend outcomes using meaningful data visualization reports.
