Nintendo Download: City of Light, Pokémon Battles at Night
This week on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, Pokémon Legends: Z-A – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition launches, letting players explore Lumiose City, catch wild Pokémon by day, and compete in the Z-A Royale by night. Mega Evolution and real-time battles add new layers to the series. Owners of the original Nintendo Switch version can upgrade via an eShop pack.
Just Dance 2026 Edition invites players to turn their living rooms into dance floors with 40 tracks, Party and Workout Modes, and up to six-player local multiplayer. Nintendo Switch Online membership and Nintendo Account are required for upgrades.
Upcoming releases include Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted (Oct. 23) with remastered visuals and a retro Peashooter skin for preorders; Persona 3 Reload (Oct. 23), a reimagined RPG blending daily life with the supernatural; and Once Upon A Katamari (Oct. 24), featuring new stages, multiplayer, and customizable characters.
Nintendo Music introduces its “Spooky!” playlist for seasonal vibes, while the No Tricks, All Treats seasonal activities run through Oct. 31, including in-game events across titles from Fortnite to Disney Dreamlight Valley. Full eShop sales and additional releases, including Adrenaline Rampage, Lumo 2, and Web Fishing – Relax and Fish, are available this week.
Skidos Partners with The Pinkfong Company to Bring Baby Shark to Learning Apps
Skidos has added Pinkfong favorites Baby Shark, Dino World, and Princess Dress Up Games to its educational platform for kids ages 2-10.
