Spielwarenmesse eG is continuing to expand its World of Toys.
The organizer of the annual Spielwarenmesse International Toy Fair in Nuremberg will make its first appearance at the Tokyo Toy Fair in Japan from June 8-11 at the Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Center. Spielwarenmesse eG is planning on hosting the World of Toys pavilion on Thursday and Friday of the fair, which is reserved for trade visitors only. The deadline to apply is Feb. 17.
“We started planning for this even before the pandemic and are delighted that the contract is now signed and we can offer our exhibitors some exciting perspectives in an exceptionally forward-looking country,” says Christian Ulrich, spokesperson of the executive board for Spielwarenmesse eG.
With Toy Fair moving from February to September beginning in 2023, Spielwarenmesse also struck a partnership with The Toy Association to bring World of Toys to the event. Toy Fair will take place at the Javits Center in New York from Sept. 30 to Oct. 3. The exhibitors’ registration deadline is April 30.
