The Toy Association is rolling out a new resource designed to simplify how members access support and services. The organization has launched the Toy Desk, a centralized hub that connects members with expert guidance and resources across a range of business and industry topics.

The Toy Desk serves as a single point of entry for member inquiries, providing what The Toy Association describes as a concierge-style support experience. Through an online submission process, requests are directed to the appropriate team within the Association, helping members access information and assistance more efficiently.

The new platform is intended to streamline member engagement and make it easier for companies to navigate The Toy Association’s resources. Members can submit questions related to events, networking opportunities, policy and regulatory developments, tariffs and trade issues, safety and technical guidance, promotional opportunities, membership services, and other areas.

“The Toy Desk reflects our ongoing commitment to putting members first and continually improving how we serve the toy community,” says Greg Ahearn, President and CEO of The Toy Association. “The Toy Desk is an important step forward in strengthening that commitment. By creating one welcoming front door for support, we can point members to the right resources and expertise across our organization.”

The launch marks the first phase of a broader initiative to modernize member engagement and services. According to The Toy Association, future phases will introduce additional capabilities and enhancements.

The Toy Desk is represented by Gilbert, a mascot named after A.C. Gilbert, inventor of the Erector Set and founder of The Toy Association, then known as The Toy Manufacturers of America. The character is intended to reflect the organization’s legacy of innovation and industry leadership.

Members can access the Toy Desk through the Services section of The Toy Association’s website, toyassociation.org.
