Coloring isn’t just for kids anymore. Thinking outside the box, Crayola unveiled its latest coloring collection, this time geared toward adults.
“Crayola All Grown Up invites adults to let go of expectations, pick up their favorite colors, and reignite the joy of creating,” said Pete Ruggiero, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crayola. “We believe imagination evolves with age, and this collection helps adults reconnect with their creativity in a meaningful, rewarding way.”
Crayola All Grown Up is all about the joy of creativity, inviting former crayon connoisseurs to craft, explore, and live life outside the lines. The collection features a wide variety of art supplies geared toward grown-ups, from dual-ended alcohol-based markers to acrylic paint pens. With a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and shades to choose from, the possibilities are as limitless as artists’ imaginations. The entire collection is available on Amazon.
The line also includes a collection of adult coloring books. Every page features detailed, hand-drawn illustrations by real artists, so adults can doodle to their heart’s delight while practicing self-care. There are eight soul-soothing themes to choose from — Cozy Cottages, Plant Lady, I Feel Old, Stay Hydrated, Vibing, Witchy Woman, Mercury in Retrograde, and Flower Child — with even more on the way later this fall.
To celebrate the launch, Crayola is inviting grown-ups to a one-day-only summer camp in New York City on June 22. At Camp Crayola, guests can color around the campfire with their friends, lounge around the cabin, dance to old-school jams with DJ Trail Mixx, enjoy a dirty soda from the canteen, and even discover the cosmos at the immersive Constellation Outpost. The event is free and open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Domino Park in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
As a bonus, Crayola is also launching the Crayola Adult Coloring app. Created in partnership with Red Games Co., this digital drawing experience features hundreds of coloring pages for every mood that grown-ups can decorate with their favorite Crayola tools and special effects. The app will be available soon on the App Store and Google Play Store.
The Crayola All Grown Up collection is available now on Amazon, with exclusive discounts coming during Amazon Prime Day, June 23-26. For more information, visit crayola.com/allgrownup.
