Consumers are singing the Tonies tune as 1 million Tonieboxes have officially been sold in the U.S.
Tonies are collectible figures featuring a variety of themes and children’s characters. Kids can put a Tonie figure on top of a Toniebox to hear songs, audio narratives, and more. Designed for ages 3 and up, the Toniebox experience gives kids the opportunity to engage with their favorite characters away from screens.
The Toniebox is a child's first device, long before we should expose them to their own personal screens. It's like a first companion that helps children discover imagination and make sense of a big world of wonder with our magical characters and captivating stories — no screens, just pure joy.
This format has proved popular with kids across the country, as Tonies has reached 1 million Tonieboxes sold in the U.S. With 700 figure options and counting, kids with Tonieboxes have a variety of characters they can collect. The company is continuing to expand these offerings, with three new figures revealed at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this week.
The new Mindfulness Tonie, Mo the sloth, will guide kids through age-appropriate relaxation and meditation techniques as they explore eight locations. The Potty Training Tonie is designed to make potty training more fun with facts, songs, and a story about two kids learning to use the toilet. The Yoga Tonie, Sara Llama, aims to teach kids about yoga with poses that are simple to follow.
CES attendees in Las Vegas can visit Tonies at Booth No. 54826. To celebrate the milestone, Tonies will host a giveaway featuring a Toniebox Starter Set and three figurines daily from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
