The new global toy company Wyncor, which markets the Miraball and Magic ReClay, recently appointed two top executives to its sales team. Ami Dieckman will serve as the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and APAC, and Steve Markey will serve as the Vice President of Sales, Americas. Both executives will report to Helena Perheentupa, Wyncor’s COO. 

Dieckman recently held the role of Vice President of Customer Engagement, EMEA & Latin America for Just Play. Before joining Just Play, she served as the Senior Vice President of International Licensing at Entertainment One where she oversaw a global merchandising portfolio of several brands, including Peppa Pig and PJ Masks. She also held roles in the content distribution sector at TV Loonland, ITV, and Entertainment Rights.

“It’s an incredible opportunity to join the newly established Wyncor and be part of the original team, led by Helena, to bring rich and immersive products to children around the world,” Dieckman says. “We have such an incredible portfolio of innovative toys and powerhouse brands, including PAW Patrol, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Transformers, Monopoly, Emoji, and Miraculous, that will soon be at retail everywhere, offering rich, immersive, and fun experiences to fans.”

Before joining Wyncor, Markey served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hog Wild Toys, where he oversaw the company’s internal sales team and created an international distributor network in more than 30 countries. He has also served as Vice President of Sales at Green Toys, Head of Global Sales at Crazy Aaron’s, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PlanToys. In his new role, he will lead sales efforts across North America and Latin America.
