The Toy Association issued a Member Bulletin to manufacturer members notifying them of the latest updates and filings related to the Toys “R” Us bankruptcy proceedings.
According to dockets filed in December, claims against Toys “R” Us must be filed with Prime Clerk by April 6 at 5 p.m. EST. This includes claims arising before the September 18, 2017 petition date. More specific instructions can be found in the bulletin’s referenced dockets and online. The deadline and process does not apply to claims against Toys “R” Us Canada.
