British toy retailer Hamleys is close to finalizing a deal to secure a roughly 30,000 square-foot storefront in Manhattan, according to CNBC. If the deal goes through, the store would open in 2020 at 2 Herald Square, near Macy’s and Victoria’s Secret.

Hamleys, which opened its first UK location in 1760, has stores in locations around the world, including the Middle East, Africa, and Mexico.

According to CNBC’s source, Hamley’s would expand to other major U.S. markets, such as Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami.

Abroad, Hamleys’ is known for providing in-store experiences, such as life-size LEGO figures and employees dressed as characters.
