Kids India will open its doors for the seventh time later this month, taking place from Sept. 26-28 at the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Center in Mumbai.
The fair will showcase approximately 160 Indian and international exhibitors, including more than 40% first-time exhibitors for the event. New exhibitors include Emotix, Playshifu, Skillmatics, and Smartivity.
“India is the upcoming major manufacturing hub,” says Katharina Janotta, managing director of Spielwarenmesse India. “Every year at Kids India, we are witnessing more and more young start-ups from all over India presenting very innovative and quality products.”
Kids India features special areas and activity zones to mirror current trends in children’s products. The TrendingNow area highlights two trends — Team Spirit and Just for Fun — and relevant products. At the Back to School pavilion, companies will showcase school and stationery products. The pavilion has a new extension, the Creative Arena, which provides space for creative activities from the stationary category. There is also the Sports Arena, which hosts outdoor, sports, and leisure products.
Kids India is organized by Spielwarenmesse India, a subsidiary of Spielwarenmesse eG.
