Far Out Toys is expanding into new categories this year in addition to building out retail programs and line extensions based on recent successes.
At Toy Fair New York, the company will reveal new products from its NASCAR Crash Racers, Pulp Heroes Snap Bots, and Ryan’s World game lines. Far Out Toys is also adding three new titles to its games lineup — Snot Nose, Hot Pot Lobster, and Tik Tak Pop — and will debut its Clown Blasters carnival games range featuring the Creepy Clown Drone, Spinning Clown, and Pop-Up Clowns.
“2019 was a great year for our company,” says Keith Meggs, CEO and founder of Far Out Toys. “With solid relationships with inventors, retailers, and licensors we are now poised to expand our business into new categories like dolls and interactive toys. Toy Fair New York provides the ideal backdrop to reveal our business strategy and innovative products.”
In the doll category, Far Out Toys introduces Candies, a collection of six, scented dolls: Poppy Lollipop, Stella Sprinkle, Krystle Charm, Olivia Puff, Melody Rainbow, and Coco Star. Each doll comes with candy-inspired accessories, a pet, and an edible candy treat. Flavors will be revealed at launch.
Playful Pandas are Far Out Toys’ debut entry into the interactive pet space. The line launches with six Playful Pandas: Foodie, Wonder, Slumber, Fashionista, Princess, and Sweetie. The Pandas will respond to kids’ voices and will sing them a song in their signature panda language. Playful Pandas interact with one another, and the more kids sing with them, the better the Pandas perform. Kids can also tickle their Pandas to activate bouts of laughter.
Far Out Toys will showcase its full range of new products in booth No. 2911 at Toy Fair New York, taking place from Feb. 22-25 at the Jacob K. Javits Center.
