Dorel Industries’ Kid Trax is rolling out a fresh lineup of ride-on toys for fall — many of which made their debut at the Toy Insider‘s Sweet Suite event this summer.
The new lineup includes products for kids ages 18 months to 7 years old in a wide array of styles, such as original creations to those based on licensed vehicles and properties. Kid Trax’s popular Rideamals category expands with three new 6-volt Rideamals and one new 12-volt version, which will be available in limited quantities this holiday season.
The Rideamals Josie Play & Ride Unicorn is the new centerpiece of the Rideamals collection. Josie comes to life with more than 100 unique sounds and movements, and includes fully motorized eyes, ears, head, and wheels. The 12-volt unicorn can trot (3.5 mph), gallop (4 mph) or go backward (3.5 mph). Only 500 units are expected to be available for the holiday season. Interested parties can register to be notified when these become available via the Kid Trax website.
Geared toward younger kids 18-30 months, the 6-volt Rideamals line expands with the new Rideamals Play & Ride Unicorn, Rideamals Play & Ride Tiger, and the Rideamals Play & Ride Dino.
For families into rugged styling and classic rides, the officially licensed Classic Ford Bronco is a 6-volt truck inspired by the 1967 Ford Bronco. It includes real foot pedal acceleration and horn sound effects for a lifelike driving experience, as well as a working FM radio and an auxiliary port to stream music or play MP3s.
From Adventure Bay to the driveway, the familiar vehicles of PAW Patrol will be available in a new range of 6-volt vehicles. Chase’s Police Cruiser, Skye’s Helicopter, and Rubble’s Digger joins Marshall’s Fire Truck to round out the licensed collaboration with Nickelodeon and Spin Master.
Other licensed vehicles on the way include the Disney Princess Vespa Scooter and the Disney Enchanted Princess Adventure Carriage, as well as the Marvel Spiderbike, inspired by Spider-Man. The final licensed item for the year is the new NERF UTV — a 12-volt adventure vehicle created under license from Hasbro.
Decked out in iconic NERF orange and blue, the vehicle features off-road tires and high ground clearance with room for two riders and added storage for extra NERF darts.
Finally, as parent work the yard for fall landscaping and clean up, kids can cruise the grounds in the Mow & Go Lawn Mower — a 6-volt ride-on with a translucent deck that creates an illusion of mowing the grass.
