Mattel is expanding its Mattel Brick Shop Hot Wheels lineup with a new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 building set. The collaboration adds another licensed performance vehicle to the growing Brick Shop portfolio and continues Hot Wheels’ relationship with the luxury automaker.

The 1:16 scale building set includes 793 pieces and recreates the proportions and aerodynamic design of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3. Built with Mattel Brick Shop real-metal parts, the model reflects the wide track, aggressive stance, and race-inspired detailing of the original GT3 car. Features include opening doors, engine detailing, and race-accurate aerodynamic elements, including splitters, diffusers, and a rear spoiler.

“For racing and car fans, the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 is pure bucket list material,” said Ted Wu, senior vice president and global head of vehicles and building sets at Mattel. “With the Mattel Brick Shop Hot Wheels line, we are giving enthusiasts a new way to connect with the icon that is this Aston Martin model and bring it home as a highly detailed, customizable build that is made to be built, shown off, and admired.”

Customization is a core component of the build. Builders can personalize the finished model with interchangeable decals, racing numbers, and partner-licensed wheels. A Hot Wheels signature metal plate is included for display, along with an exclusive 1:64 scale Hot Wheels die-cast version of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3.

The building set is part of the Mattel Brick Shop Hot Wheels Elite Series. Preorders are now open, with availability expanding to select retailers worldwide, including Amazon, Target, and Mattel Creations, beginning this summer.
