Chinese lifestyle brand Miniso is launching its first surprise toy-based store in London next week. The store will have more than 50 surprise toys for kids and collectors to find.
This is Miniso’s first location in central London and it will feature branded surprise toys from Sanrio, Pixar, Tokidoki, We Bare Bears, Minions, Winnie the Pooh, and more.
“Our first blind box store marks a major milestone for Miniso,” says Saad Usman, Chief Operating Officer of Miniso UK. “The unknown element of blind boxes adds mystery and excitement to the shopping experience and we’re delighted to be bringing this special store to London. Blind boxes are now a major part of our global strategy, and this new store marks the latest development as we move forward with our global expansion.”
Miniso has 20 other locations throughout the U.K. in Manchester, Belfast, London, and more. The surprise toy store opens Friday, Sept. 29. The store launch will include a meet and greet with Miniso’s mascot PenPen, a live drummer performance, and goody bags.
