PhatMojo is now the master toy licensee for the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand from Konami Cross Media.

The Los Angeles-based company will produce a variety of playsets, action figures, plush toys, and role-play items based on the anime series and trading card phenomenon. The initial launch is expected by next year’s holiday season in the U.S. and Canada.

“PhatMojo is one of the fastest-growing toy and brand management companies and we are excited about our new partnership with a company that prides itself on creativity and connecting fan communities,” says Jennifer Coleman, vice president of licensing and marketing at Konami. “This new deal with PhatMojo will allow fans to re-engage with their favorite characters from the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime series and add a whole new level to their trading card gameplay.”

The new line of products will be available at multiple price points for fans of all ages. The Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game launched back in 1999, but the brand also includes anime series, video games, and more.
