The 75th annual Spielwarenmesse opens its doors Jan. 27, but the celebration is already beginning. As one of the industry’s largest trade fairs for nearly a century, exhibitors are rushing to secure a place in the 2026 anniversary event.

With four months until the fair, 96% of the Nuremberg Exhibition Center is already completely booked, with limited spaces remaining. This year, several prominent companies will return to the show floor, as will new exhibitors making their Spielwarenmesse debuts. The event showcases toys and games across 13 categories. Notable returning exhibitors include Kapla exhibiting under Wooden Toys, Toys made from Sustainable Materials; Done by Deer and Flow Amsterdam in Baby and Infant Articles; Robosen in Electronic Toys; Boland under Festive Articles, Carnival, Fireworks; and Ars Edition in Games, Books, Learning and Experimenting.

Recognizing the event’s global reach, several newcomers have reserved their place in Nuremberg’s 18 halls. Among them are well-known brands like Herma, Nordic Houseware Group, and Online Schreibgeräte in the School Articles, Stationery, and Creative Design category. Panini America, Spinnovation, and WeRoll Tech will also exhibit their products for the first time, each falling under Sports, Leisure, and Outdoor

“For many of our exhibitors, Spielwarenmesse is the most important platform for their international sales activities,” says Christian Ulrich, member of Spielwarenmesse eG’s Executive Board. “This strong demand underscores the high significance of our event as the place to be for the global industry.”

Spielwarenmesse 2026 is held Jan. 27-31 in Nuremberg, Germany. Visit spielwarenmesse.de for more information and to reserve an exhibit.
