Spin Master released its third quarter financial results, reporting a 9.6 percent revenue increase compared to the same period last year.

The company’s gross product sales increased 3.7 percent in North America, 2.1 percent in Europe, and 26 percent in the rest of the world. Gross profit increased 59.2 percent to $88.8 million.

Net income decreased slightly to $107.9 million ($1.06 per share), compared t0 $108.8 million ($1.07 per share).

The company specifically saw growth (29.9 percent) in its activities, games, and puzzles segment. Products such as Gund, Cool Maker, and Kinetic Sand contributed to the growth in those segments.

Ronnen Harary, chairman and co-chief executive officer of Spin Master, says the brand is anticipating the release of multiple entertainment-based product lines, including How to Train Your Dragon, Monster Jam, and the relaunch of Bakugan.
