Spin Master is tapping into some of this year’s biggest toy trends with a fresh lineup of new toys, games, and activities for 2021.
The company pulled back the curtain on its 2021 lineup as the toy industry celebrates #ToyFairLife in the absence of Toy Fair New York this week. Spin Master’s new products run the gamut from top licenses to new intellectual property (IP) to updates to classic brands.
“Each year our diverse portfolio is rooted in play trends, dictated by those most important to us: the kids,” says Spin Master’s President of Toys and Chief Commercial Officer Chris Beardall. “For 2021 we’re delivering activities that inspire feel-good fun, fashion-inspired toys that double as accessories, and of course, next level transformations to name a few. With Spin Master’s deep understanding of play and knack for innovation, we believe this year’s portfolio will surely make life more fun.”
Spin Master has developed six key themes for its 2021 lineup.
Endor-FUNS!
Stress-reducing and emotionally supportive products designed to help kids and adults release good-for-you endorphins.
- Kinetic Sand Sandisfactory Set: Inspired by the ASMR trend and popular play patterns online, kids can dig deep into the ultimate satisfying playset that features clear tools. Comes with 10 tools/molds, four colors, and 2 lbs of sand that can be used to flow, mix, and cut for surprise reveals. Available this fall.
- #OrbeezChallenge: Kids can take the #OrbeezChallenge at home with the first-ever Orbeez playset. This mess-free tactile compound play space and storage solution is inspired by the viral sensation that has more than 12 million views on TikTok. The set comes with six unique tools and 2,000 Orbeez. Available this fall.
- GUND Kissy The Penguin is a soft and sweet animated baby penguin that loves to blow kisses to her friends and teach little ones how to give them back. Kids can press Kissy’s feet to hear her sing and move her wings or play an interactive kissing game. Available this spring.
- Baby GUND Sleepy Eyes Owl Soother: This adorable owl lulls babies to sleep with eyes that slowly close as its body gently glows. Includes two modes featuring soft melodies and soothing sounds. Available this fall.
- Calm Mindful Meditation Puzzles are created in partnership with Calm, the No. 1 sleep and meditation app. The puzzles are designed to lower stress and improve puzzler’s moods. Each puzzle includes a 30-day free trial to the app. Available this spring.
- Swimways’ Spring Floats are fabric-covered floats that now feature brand new, patent-pending, Hyper-Flate Valve to increase airflow, inflating, and deflating three times faster. Available this spring.
The Game Changers
Following record game sales in 2020, Spin Master introduces a new lineup for the whole family.
- Jumanji Deluxe is an update to the classic that is designed to be an interactive and immersive adventure every time. Players complete challenges and press the dome to reveal their fate. Available this fall.
- Beat the Parents encourages wagers between kids and parents through rounds of questions and physical challenges. Available this fall.
- Rubik’s Perplexus 3×3 puzzle combines two classic puzzles into one new experience. Players roll the steel ball to the start and twist the Rubik’s Perplexus to align the tracks and maneuver the ball through the inner maze. When players complete the maze, they also solve the cube. Available this spring.
- Toca Life Box is a monthly subscription box that celebrates the power of play with creative and do-it- yourself activities that are full of fun and silliness. Available Feb. 24.
Next Level Transformations
A collection of new toys that feature unique transformative play elements.
- Air Hogs Jump Fury is the first and only indoor R/C vehicle that can jump up to 22 inches into the air. It features a super lightweight design to catch extreme air and perform epic stunts. Its performance wheels are safew for indoor use and won’t scratch surfaces. Available this fall.
- Monster Jam Grave Digger Freestyle Force R/C follows the success of last year’s Monster Jam Megalodon Storm. The new vehicle features all-new wheelie-balancing technology and can drive and perform wheelies on both the back and front wheels. Kids can make the Grave Digger do nose spins to front flips, switching between beginner and advanced modes. Available this fall.
- Batman Bat-Tech Transforming Batcave is a kid-sized figure that stands more than 30-inches tall and transforms into a playset with 10 different play areas. The playest features interactive sounds activated by the elevator that goes up and down through the levels. The playset is compatible with 4-inch Batman and DC Comics figures and comes with an exclusive Batman action figure. Available this fall.
- Bakugan: Geogan Rising introduces all-new Geogan characters with new shapes, faction symbols and translucent details, each with their own unique transformation and extra battling power. Available this spring in tandem with the April 15 launch of the animated series on Netflix.

- Magical Minis Hogwarts Castle Playset: Spin Master’s debut collection of Wizarding World toys launches with a Hogwarts Castle that features interactive lights, sounds, and magical elements for spellbinding adventures with Hermione and friends. Available this fall.
- Supercross Race & Wheelie Feature Bike features rev-up performance. Kids can tilt the rider’s helmet forward for straight-line speed or backward to pop into an epic wheelie. The package can be transformed into a ramp for jumps. Available this fall.
- Gabby’s Dollhouse Dollhouse Playset is inspired by the new DreamWorks animated series on Netflix. The dollhouse stands more than 2 feet tall. Kids can collect Deluxe Rooms (sold separately) to expand the playhouse. Other toys in the line include Gabby’s signature Magical Musical Ears and Talking Pandy Paws. Available this fall.
- PAW Patrol: The Movie, hits theaters this fall accompanies by a full line of new toys.

- Cool Maker Shimmer Me Body Art is a DIY studio that kids can use to customize and apply flawless body art with metallic foil, glitter, and gems. The set includes a unique roller that kids can use to magically transfer iridescent foil directly onto the body to create shimmer designs. Available this fall.
- Twisty Petz Twisty Kit comes with more than 60 beads that kids can use to create and customize five animals. The set includes four charms, a beader set up tray, and reusable packaging. Available this fall.
Oh Baby Baby

- Peek-A-Roo is an interactive plush animal with an innovative pouch that magically reveals a baby inside. How kids play with Peek-A-Roo influences the baby’s mood. Available this fall.
- Hatchimals Colleggtibles Shimmer Babies arrived in Neon Nursery. The new line features a new hatching reveal with new iridescent shimmer Hatchimal Babies that are full of surprises, including wing colors that reveal their birth month. Spin Master will reveal its Q4 and full-year 2020 earnings on March 2. Virtual product previews for the company’s 2021 lineup will be held in mid-March.
