The Toy Book Top 10: The Hottest Stories of September 2024

It’s October, and that means it’s time to hit the rewind button and look back at the hottest stories of September 2024, as chosen by you, the readers.

The Toy Book‘s LA Fall Toy Preview issue was a behemoth, with a launch outpacing last year’s Toy Fair New York issue. Similarly, buzz for The Toy Book’s inaugural Pulse of Play Awards picked up steam. Two older posts made a notable return to the technical Top 10 last month, but only new content published within September qualifies for an official spot on the list. It should be no surprise that those articles covered Spin Master’s Ms. Rachel collection and Sky Castle Toys’ viral hit, Sticki Rolls.

One major anomaly is the item that raced into the number one spot last month: the Houston winner of the Hot Wheels Legends Tour, a 1957 BMW Isetta that could be on track to become a 1:64-scale die-cast vehicle.

Check out last month’s Top 10 and some hot products below and stay on the #pulseofplay!
