MGAE Launches New STEAM-Based Franchise, Project Mc2

MGAEMGA Entertainment (MGAE) has introduced a new Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) curriculum-based franchise, Project Mc2, a full line of dolls and experiments pairing fashion doll play with making a lava light, a volcanic eruption, and more at-home kitchen-based experiments.

The merchandise assortment, which includes the Project Mc2 Ultimate Lab Kit, will be accompanied by a Netflix Original series premiering worldwide on August 7. The series follows four super-smart, science-skilled girls who are recruited to join a spy organization, NOV8 (aka “Innovate”).

MGAE has also partnered with DreamWorksAwesomenessTV to create short form YouTube content. In addition, a new Project Mc2 brand website is filled with games, videos, character introductions, quizzes, and a full product catalog. MGAE will also be launching an app, featuring science and spy game play, on the iTunes App store early this month.
