Following the launch of a full suite of free Learning@Home Essentials for kids and families to enjoy while at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and hand2mind have partnered with the Kids In Need Foundation.
The trio of companies donated $350,000 worth of educational toys and resources that Kids In Need will deliver to kids of all ages in an effort to spread joy and keep kids sharp while schools and childcare centers remain closed.
“On behalf of Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and hand2mind, we hope our contribution to Kids in Need Foundation will support nurturing learning environments at home while schools remain closed,” says Rick Woldenberg, CEO of Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and hand2mind. “Thank you to the Kids in Need Foundation for their strong support of at-home learning for children at risk.”
Interested individuals and companies are invited to join Learning Resources, Educational Insights, and hand2mind in donating to Kids In Need Foundation’s COVID-19 response efforts.
Kids In Need is working alongside teachers and key partners to deliver pencils, pens, paper, and art materials to millions of students who are now learning at home.
