Cepia Toys has named Josh Ganet as its new Chief Commercial Officer.

Ganet will lead global sales and development as the company gears up for the 15th anniversary of Zhu Zhu Pets with Zhu Zhu Aquarium and the launch of the Decora Girlz fashion dolls this spring.

“Josh’s arrival signifies a new era of growth and innovation for Cepia,” says James Russell Hornsby, Founder and CEO of Cepia. “Josh’s expertise will be instrumental in driving our global sales and development strategies as we nurture and grow our existing VS world property and introduce new brands to the world.”

Ganet has spent more than 20 years in the industry, including working in global sales and consumer engagement at KidKraft and spending 17 years in various roles at Mattel. 

“Cepia has a unique ability to ignite the imaginations of younger generations through [its] innovative and forward-thinking portfolio of brands,” Ganet says. “I’m looking forward to being part of this next stage for Cepia as we work together to bring some exciting new developments to market.”

This addition follows the hiring of Leslie Peck as Head of Sales for North America.
